OLV Human Services (OLVHS) has established a Corporate Compliance Program to further its mission and duty to promote adherence to all state and federal statutes and regulations that apply to the services and programs provided by OLVHS and its affiliates, including the Baker Victory Healthcare Center.
Through the Compliance Program, OLVHS demonstrates commitment to honest and responsible corporate and provider conduct as it carries out its Mission. It is OLVHS’s goal to maintain an institutional culture that promotes the prevention, detection, and resolution of potential instances of non-compliance. This message is communicated through its compliance program to individuals receiving services at OLVHS, its affiliates, employees and agents, and the community.
