We know times are difficult. That's why we have never been more focused on keeping costs low while maintaining a high-level of care. You can help us by paying for your treatment at the time of your visit. If your treatment requires several visits, an estimate will be provided and a financial arrangement can be made.

Most major insurances, including Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, FHP/CHP, and most Medicare Advantage Plans are accepted.

If your plan is not listed below, please contact our office as we are continually updating our participation with insurance carriers. We will be happy to work with you and your insurance carrier.

For those in need of assistance, payment arrangements can be made. Cash, personal checks, and major credit cards are also accepted.  If needed, no-interest financing is available through Care Credit.
